1. Technique of technical identification of material objects (technical solutions) during conducting expert researches of objects of intellectual property.
2. The method of conducting expert researches of objects of intellectual property to study the objective and subjective factors influencing the objects that are being investigated (plan of the methodology, an example of the methodology).
3. Formula of civil-legal relations (civil rights and obligations) of objects of intellectual property right of a technical nature.
