The list of the documents, which are necessary for application for the invention in Ukraine:
  1. A description of the invention, a formula of the invention, a report, drawings
  2. Information, which is necessary for application:
  3. A full name (a full name for physical persons), a country of registration (for physical persons - a country of residing), an address of the applicant
  4. A full name, a country of residing, a address of the inventor
  5. A certified copy of priority documents (if the conventional priority is declared).
  6. A power of attorney the patent attorney on representation of interests of the applicant in corresponding establishments.
  7. Translation of the documents specified higher in item (1) into Ukrainian (translation can be carried out by our agency).
The list of the documents, which are necessary for the introduction of international application PCT in the national phase in Ukraine.
  1. A copy of published international application PCT with the report on the international search.
  2. Forms received from WIPO in particular PCT/IPEA/409 with appendices if they are available.
