Terms of registration in *.ua

For the registration of domain in *.ua is needed to give 2 copies of next documents:

  • for the trademarks, registrated in Ukraine:
      Registration certificate of Ukraine on the trademark;

      Agreement about transfer of rights on the trademark or license contract (if You are not an owner of the trademark);

      Certificate from translation office, indicative of match in spelling or pronunciation of domain or its part with the respective trademark (is needed, when verbal part of trademark is made not in the Latinic alphabet)
  • for the international registration:
      An extract from Official journal International Bureau of WIPO, certified in central executive agency of Ukraine in questions of legal protection of intellectual property, which confirms the fact of international registration of trademark and its legal protection on the territory of Ukraine;

      Notarized copy of agreement of transfer of rights or notarized copy of license contract;
    If You don't have a Licence on the trademark, You can make an order on its registration in our patent bureau.
